The pages are crisp and clean, vivid white, no creases, no staining, nothing missing, tight to the staples. Strictly graded Fine- it appears to be in Mint condition but has two small tears on the rear cover; it was put away when brand new (along with many others we have) by an obsessive New Yorker collector from whom we acquired it, untouched since new until now.
